We provide both full Home Information Packs and standalone Energy Performanace Certificates for all residential buildings.

We pride ourselves in offering an efficient, professional and reliable service.  As an independent company we have the flexibility to tailor our service to help accommodate your requirements and we are available to work evenings and weekends to suit. 

We endeavour to respond to email and telephone queries within 4 working hours and to carry out an energy assessment within 3 days of your instruction.  Certificates will be lodged within 2 days of the assessment and we aim to return completed HIPs within 10 days of first contact.

Our assessor, Damien Drumm, is fully qualified and accredited through Elmhurst Energy Systems (Licence no. EES/004145). Damien has also been CRB checked and holds Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance…….for extra peace of mind!
