simple, transparent charging system with all-inclusive fixed fees as follows:
Home Information Pack prices:
£229.00 (freehold)
£274.00 (leasehold)
Energy Performance Certificate prices:
ALL properties (irrespective of size or sale/rental value) - £70
There are no additional or hidden costs and our services are not subject to VAT.
These rates apply to properties within the
catchment areas outlined below. Volume discounts
are available - please call for a competitive quote.

At present we provide a service to the north London area including properties in the following postcode districts:
N1 to N22
NW1 to NW10
WD1 to WD25
HA0 to HA9
EN1 to EN11
AL1 to AL10
