Since the 1^st October 2008 all new tenancy agreements on residential properties require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The EPC shows the official energy rating of the property and contains advice on the property’s running costs and carbon emissions. An EPC is also required as part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) for all residential properties marketed for sale.

We welcome instructions from private clients such as individual home owners and landlords plus businesses including estate agents, residential letting agents, solicitors and pack providers (volume discounts available).

We aim to make the process of obtaining an EPC or a HIP as easy, convenient and economic as possible. We are available 7 days a week and would be happy to undertake energy assessments in the evening or early morning to help suit your schedule.
